Barkway Chalk Pit is a small disused chalk pit which lies 0.7km to the north of the village of Barkway and 4km south of Royston, near the top of the north-facing chalk scarp slopes.
Greenspace Action Plan
A new five-year action plan has been produced for Barkway Chalk Pit. This action plan has been inserted as an additional Appendix to Barkway Chalk Pit Greenspace Action Plan (GAP) 2018-23.
