If you have received a Council Tax court summons with a hearing date of Friday 18 June for unpaid Council Tax or Business Rates, please ignore it.
It appears this notice was delayed in the post, which means that many people have only just received it. Due to this delay, we are now applying to the court for the hearings to be withdrawn.
This means you do not need to attend the court at this time.
We will get in contact with affected customers directly to make alternative arrangements. We are very sorry for any confusion that may have been caused.
